Both charges are extra to the standard price of the piece plus postage and packing, there is only one charge per order no matter how large.

Paypal is the paying method if purchasing tiaras directly via the shopping section. PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL RECIEVE A ELECTRONIC CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL THIS IS YOUR RECIPT, AND FORMS THE CONTRACT BETWEEN US AS ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY MORE EMAILS CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER BUT I WILL EMAIL YOU IF I NEED TO CONFIRM COLOUR CHOICES OR TO ASK YOU ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR ORDER.
 
I will offer refunds or exchanges on unsuitable Princess Poppy Tiaras and accessories returned by recorded delivery in the same condition as they were received, to qualify for a refund i must be contacted within 48 hrs of you receiving the Tiaras, i will then give you a refund code which must be enclosed with the parcel. Packages must be returned within 7 days of receipt of package. earrings are non returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds cannot be given without a refund code so please contact me first. Refund will be minus postage and a 15% administration fee to cover the cost of Any administration paperwork and paypal or cheque transaction fees. if you return an item outside the 7 day return period it will be deemed to be your property and send back to you.

UNFORTUNATELEY THERE CAN BE NO REFUNDS ON BESPOKE TIARAS OR JEWELLERY MADE TO YOUR COLOUR SPECIFICATION, REFUNDS CAN ONLY BE MADE ON TIARAS OR OTHER ITEMS ORDERED IN THE COLOURWAY SHOWN ON THE PICTURE. SO CARE NEEDS TO BE TAKEN WHEN CHOOSING YOUR TIARA COLOURS, ASK FOR SAMPLES IF UNSURE.

If any of your Princess Poppy Tiaras and accessories are faulty, a full refund will be given including postage but the refund policy above must still be adhered to. Items found to be damaged after the 7 day period will be examined and replaced or repaired if it is found to be a manufacturing defect.
